The two Best Posters on Youtube?

youtube200wFor many weeks ive been thinking about who are my favorite people to visit on youtube, now im not a youtube addict but one guy on there well two have made me keep checking my subcriptions videos to see if they have added a new video recently and theres only one winner here and its only cause i just die laughing each time at his videos.

I feel like crap for saying this because the other “poster” was somebody i was following for a lot longer. Ive no idea what weird search on youtube lead me to either of these two dudes but heck im glad my brain did.

Before you even mention that complete fucktard “Fred”, im sorry thats not funny at all, at my age, at your age, heck at any age. If you ever meet this YT’er please do to him, wellever you see fit.

Anyways the two best posters in my opinion are;

1) Ray William Johnson
this guys is brilliant he starts out by showing a viral video, you know one of those videos that goes around the web thats usually of somebody falling or doing something stupid and he just makes funny observations on it simple and as funny as that.

2) SxePhil
Almost the same idea as above with a bit more focus on current events and news stories while just about the same amount of funny observations.

Best of the worst #6:Matthews coaches Passengers

matthewsbusI dont often use Matthews coaches as i prefer the train but since that accident with the bridge and the fact that trains between dundalk and dublin are not working there was no choice other than to take matthews coaches to dublin to get to “the Pixies” concert on thursday night.

It didnt help that having ordered a taxi from 1.30 took almost 25 mins to arrive which wasnt great as we were trying to catch the 2 o’ clock bus. But by some miracle the taxi driver managed to get us there with about 1 minute to spare outside the DKIT.

Anyways while on the bus i decided that i would give “The Pixies” a listen as i never heard them before and had the “Doolittle” album on my i-pod which they were going to be playing later in in the Olympia. A nice confortable journey was interupted about 10 mins near the end when the lady in front of me complained that i had my I-pod too loud. Now it wasnt that she gave out to me, there are signs up on the bus saying to be considerate to other passengers but rather the way she growled at me. I said to her;
“I didnt think it was that loud…” and turned it down.

Anways this sort of thing is common on Matthews buses from what i hear so youve been warned:p

Songs that make you feel good 1- Oct 09

chicane-poppihollaAt the moment im listening to the fantastic tune by “Chicane – Poppiholla” which i knew i heard before as its been all over the place recently and it turns out that the Chicane version is a remix of the Icelandic band Sigur Rós from their 2005 album Takk.

“Hoppípolla” ([‘hɔhpiphɔtla], Icelandic for “Jumping into puddles”) is a song by Icelandic band Sigur Rós from their 2005 album Takk….

This song is awesome its the kinda music that makes (me) feel alive etc. Chicane have always been one of those bands that bang out a cool tune once in a while but this is pure awesomeness.

1.) Chicane – Poppiholla

2) John O’Callaghan feat. Sarah Howells – Find Yourself

Theres another great tune i heard on the radio the other day thats almost as good as Chicanes Song but no quite.

The Pixies – Olympia 1st October

pixiesI went to see the Pixies in dublin on thursday the 1st of october with my sister whos a huge fan. I never listened to them once since that day on the bus to dublin where i listened to the “Doolittle” album. And at first play i thought hmm its ok but.. So we got into dublin early and into the Oylmpia at about 8.10 where the support act was some guy singing and drumming loudly.

The atmosphere was electric and there were people there in their 30’s and up. So into the bar for a quick few pints of bulmers in a plastic cup at €5.50 which is a bit expensive but its a concert so what the hell. The bulmers must have been wattered down cause i was drinking them dam fast. So in we went took our seats and the place was packed and sold-out.  This was the second night the Pixies were playing, they were doing three nights.

What followed was something magical and something ill never see again a legendary band playing great songs. Theres a great selection of videos on youtube from the gig so heres the awesomeness you missed.
